All lessons are pre-paid, with invoices sent on the 1st of every month, and payment due for the entire month before the first lesson of the month begins. Please talk to me if my payment structure is problematic for you, so I can accommodate you accordingly.
As someone with invisible disabilities (hEDS & MCAS) who experiences chronic pain and frequent illness, Jill sometimes needs to reschedule her lessons on the day of, and she very much appreciates her understanding students for their patience. And since Jill attracts other hyper-mobile and chronically ill students, she is forgiving if they wake up and honestly feel too sick to meet, and will offer to schedule a makeup lesson.
However, if you miss your scheduled lesson without notifying Jill before your start time, and it’s not illness-related or an emergency situation, you will forfeit your lesson fee.
Jill reserves the right to decide whether she will offer a makeup lesson for exceptional circumstances. If offered a makeup lesson, it must be used within 120 days (4 months) of your same-day cancellation, or you will forfeit your payment for the missed lesson.
